Phenomena is a brand new journal, founded in 2019 by fourth year undergraduate student, Helen Kosc. Helen is a Sociology Major, herself, and created the journal to offer students the opportunity to publish their work and be recognized for their research and ideas. Phenomena serves as a platform for students to express themselves as well as a great medium for students of all years and faculties to read about the research and ideas of Queen's Sociology students -- a very talented group of students who are yearning for a chance for their groundbreaking ideas to be heard! 

By opening up submissions to sociology students of all years and areas of study, the journal encourages diversity of opinion and showcases a broad range of essays, opinion pieces, and research.
